John Phillip John Phillip Watts, 74, of Austin Texas, passed away in his home the morning of December 2nd, 2021. Phillip was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on October 12, 1947 to Valton "Joe" and Rosemary Miller Watts. Phillip graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a bachelor's degree in 1977. After graduation, he moved to Dallas with his wife Sara where they raised two sons for many years. Phillip is survived by his Mother, Rosemary Watts of Shreveport, younger brother Mark Watts of Shreveport, Ex-wife Sara Safar of Dallas, Damion Watts and wife (Annie) of Round Rock, Jonathan Watts of Dallas, granddaughter Leslie Watts of Round Rock, grandson Nathan Watts of Dallas, and special friend Charlotte Carter of Austin.
