Donald Dayne "Daf" Keim passed peacefully at home on April 14, 2021. He was born to Howard and Doris Keim on February 26, 1953, the fifth of seven children. After graduating from Norman high school in 1971, he attended Connors State College in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He then went to Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana where he pitched for the Centenary Gents and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1975. Later he moved to Houston, Texas where he married Shirley Vickery in 1983 and pursued a career in sales. After 20 years in the Houston area, he returned to Norman and worked for Walmart until his retirement in 2016. Daf was a lifelong sports fan. However, his true joy in life was helping others, which he did at every opportunity. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by a daughter in spirit, two grandsons, two brothers and a sister.
